Globians Film Festival

The "Globians Doc Fest" collection features a selection of films, documentaries and videos from the annual Globians Doc Fest Berlin world & culture documentary film festival". The festival series took place from 2005 until 2013 in Berlin and various other German cities.

One year before the Berlin Wall fell, this silent black&white documentary from 1988 is a profile of West-Berlin: places and people, moods and locations; you eventually see "Checkpoint Charlie" still in function. It's a documentary shot in autumn and winter in all shades of grey, black and white.
